Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
1. Purpose of this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Turbo Tech FZE handles personal information and technical information submitted through this website, including the AI-assisted RFQ feature.
2. Information you may provide
When you prepare a technical enquiry or AI-assisted RFQ, you may provide your name, company, email address, telephone number, equipment information, manufacturer/model information, location, timing, operating data, technical requirements and other details that you choose to include. You may also upload drawings, photographs, datasheets and other technical files.
3. How the information is used
Information provided through an enquiry is used to understand the requirement, structure or prepare the RFQ, respond to the enquiry, assess whether Turbo Tech can support the requested scope and communicate about related technical or commercial matters.
4. AI-assisted RFQ processing
When you use the AI RFQ Assistant and explicitly confirm the processing notice, the information and files submitted in that workflow are transmitted to the AI service configured by Turbo Tech so that the RFQ can be analyzed and drafted. The current implementation is designed not to store uploaded files on the Turbo Tech web server after the request is completed. The generated RFQ must be reviewed by the user before it is used or submitted. AI output is not a substitute for engineering verification.
5. Technical enquiry form
The standard technical enquiry form and the AI RFQ Assistant are separate workflows. The AI RFQ feature transmits data to the configured AI service only after the user confirms the processing notice. The production deployment must use an approved technical enquiry recipient and appropriate access controls.
6. External service providers
The website may use external technical service providers where required to operate the site or AI RFQ function. Information should only be shared with such providers to the extent required for the requested function and subject to the applicable service terms and data-processing arrangements.
7. Cookies and local storage
The site uses local browser storage to remember the visitor's cookie preference. The current site does not load advertising or analytics cookies. See the Cookie Policy for details.
8. Retention and disclosure
Personal and technical information ultimately sent to Turbo Tech should be retained only for as long as reasonably required for the enquiry, business relationship, legal obligations or legitimate record keeping. Information should not be disclosed to third parties except where required to respond to the requirement, provide requested services, comply with law or work with approved service providers and specialist partners.
9. Your rights and enquiries
Requests relating to access, correction or deletion of personal information should be directed to Turbo Tech using the company's verified contact details. The production version should include the approved privacy contact details.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated when website functionality, service providers or data-processing practices change.
